Challenging Events for 2012

For those members who have shown an interest in Challenging Events Chris Pittaway has taken time out of his training to send the following details.
He recommends checking the information on the Long Distance Walkers Association website ;, go to the events tab, events list and then challenge events – this shows all UK challenge events. If you are interested in any event, check the event scedule for entry costs and other details etc.

Events include refreshments at checkpoints and most include a meal at the finish – saves carrying too much kit!
